General fixes for the app:
- NO ROUTES FOUND SCREEN:
When any user logs in for the first time, having no routes assigned as a driver, the app doesn’t show him/her any route until they activate the route filters. Before, the app just showed a blank screen. With the last release, we show this message and a button to open the settings and enable route filters.
Enable All Drivers if you want to see all the routes, and All Days, if you want to see all the days in which your store runs routes, or keep it disable to see only the routes for today.
- ONE-TIME STOP BUTTON
We have just added the name ONE-TIME STOP to this button, that previously was named “+Stop”. It was confusing, because some drivers believed it was made for adding permanent stops, and it’s not.
In case you didn’t know, you can add One-time stops to any route, in this button, which will take you to the previously referred screen.
- SHOW MOBILE STATUS OF EACH INVOICE BEFORE INITIATING THE ROUTE
In the invoice selection screen, you will be able to see the mobile status of each invoice. So that way you have more info to decide which ones are you adding to the route.
- ADD ANY FORGOTTEN INVOICE TO THE ROUTE
If by any chance, the driver forgot to add one of the the invoice they are supposed to deliver before initiating the route, they can do it when being at the stop. They will just need to open the scanner tool, and either scan it with the hand scanner or take a picture with their phone, depending on their Barcode Scanner setup.
- WARNING: NOT ALL INVOICES HAVE BEEN SELECTED
When being at the stop the driver doesn’t select all invoices that were loaded into the route for that stop (example if he/she selects 3 out of 4), the app will display this warning letting the driver know that he/she is not marking some of the invoices.
We can activate any of these new settings under request. You just need to communicate with support to let us know that you want them.
- READ ONLY VIEW
If you want to adjust the settings for your driver and fix them so he/she cannot play with them, we can enable an “only view” for that account. That will block all the settings. Just like this:
Take in consideration that the settings are saved by device, not per account. Meaning that you can always log in with the store owner or manager account, and adjust the settings at any time.
- FORCE PICTURE IN THE STOP
If it’s mandatory for your driver to always take a picture when being at the customer’s stop to either the invoice or the stop, we can apply a setting so they can’t go to the next stop without taking a picture.
- SHOW TOTAL DUE FOR THE INVOICES DELIVERED
If you want your driver to know how much does your customer owe for the invoices he/she just delivered, we can enable this modal:
- SMS SIGNATURE
If you have the automated notifications enabled and/or you send them messages though their profile, we can enable and customize a signature for all of the sms’ sent from the driver’s app. (Ex: Enlite Training Store. Ph: (404) 996-0336)
So the customers will receive the sms’ like this:
