- From the Office Menu, select the “Payment History” button.
- Search for the Customer whose payment you need to Void.
- Select the payment you wish to Void from the Customer’s list of Payments. Note that once a payment is selected. The invoices tied to that payment will appear on the right-hand side. Here you can confirm both the invoice number and amounts prior to Voiding the payment. Once ready, press the “Void” button.
- A confirmation modal will appear. When ready, press the “Void” button and the payment will be voided.
- Once voided, the payment will be marked “Void” as shown below and you will receive a confirmation message, notifying you the payment has been voided.
