HERE IS A SUMMARY OF THE 8 MOST USED REPORTS FOR YOUR END-OF-YEAR REPORTING

Last updated on Mar 04, 2025

One of the most read articles in our Knowledge Base is the one that describes the 10 Most Used Reports in Enlite10, based on customers’ feedback.

From the list, some are more focused on the day-to-day operations, however, there are others, whether from that selection 10, or from the list of more than 200 reports in Enlite 10, that can be very useful for end-of-year reports.

The following 8 reports will help you make a full year analysis of your business (this may vary depending on your specific operation, but the list is created considering the experiences of many customers, from small family-run businesses, to multi-store more complex operations):

1. Customers - New Customers Mobile and Portal (as well as New Customers During Period)

This will provide information about all the new customers that signed during the year, both from the app or portal, as well as at the store.

2. Customers - Customer Store Credit

By the end of the year, you may want to know the amount of store credit your customers have accumulated and have available for payments made the next year.

3. Store and Employees - Employee Work Analysis

A tool that helps measure actions taken by your employees and their productivity with the amount of tickets created, detailed, picked up and racked.

4. Sales - Sales By Drop By Item (Garment Summary)

One of the most complete, important reports on this list that will identify your business's total sales, fully or per location, and most importantly, it will summarize your sales by service type and garment type.

It is a necessary report to define future actions in terms of needed employees and their roles, what your best sellers are, the promotions you could start to implement next year, necessary equipment to improve your operation and much more.

5. Payments - Outstanding Balance - Customer

Let's say you want to know the balance your customers have by Dec 31st, then you run the report on January the 1st: the Previous balance column will tell you how much your customers owe you until the day prior to the starting period on your reports' filter.

6. Payments - Payments by Subtype Summary

Want to know how much you received per each payment method? How many transactions were completed using your gateway, terminal, cash, check or any other payment method you accept during the whole year? This is the report for you.

7. Garments - Gift card purchased

This report will show you gift cards that were purchased during the period of time letting you reconfirm with the gift cards that you still have in inventory.

8. Garments - Redo/No Charge Items

An important piece of the equation. The Redo / No Charge Items report, tells you the amount of items that had to be re-done or added to an order at no charge, because they weren’t correctly done the first time. This allows you to take corrective actions if these quantities are representing a big loss in resources.
